Meet Ricardo.

My name is Ricardo Sanchez. I began working in construction and the trades at a young age, later attending vocational schools to further develop my skills.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across many areas of residential construction, including high-end homes where craftsmanship, planning, and attention to detail were held to an exceptional standard.

Those experiences shaped the way I approach construction today and gave me a real appreciation for quality, thoughtful details, and doing things the right way—even when those details may never be seen.

Eventually, that experience led me to start North Point with a simple purpose: to create spaces we can be proud of while treating people with honesty and integrity.

Today, that same philosophy continues to guide us—quality work, personal service, and relationships that last beyond the project.
